It’s time for the tangerine diet, in the tangerine season! Unique citrus fruits contain an abundance of vitamin C that helps to purify the blood. If you eat tangerines regularly, then you’re making sure to protect your body against colds and flu, as they help boost immunity.
Tangerine juice provides better health for hair, bones and teeth, and also prevents clots from forming. It is consumed as prevention of atherosclerosis, cellulite, to improve peristalsis and metabolism in general.
If you have decided to try out the tangerine diet, you need to change it a bit a bit before starting your diet. You need to throw out bread and meat.

Three-day tangerines diet
A unique tangerine diet lasts for only three days, but gives excellent results, as experience shows excellent 3 to 5 kg less!
You need to eat 1.5 tangerines a day and drink at least 2 liters of water. Alcohol should not be consumed and confectionery is forbidden during these three days.
Breakfast eat a few tangerines, 2 small bread slices, a cup of coffee or sugar-free green tea.
Lunch eat 150 g boiled white meat, 1 small slice of bread, 1 boiled egg
Dinner, similar, eat 150 g of boiled meat, 2 tomatoes, 2 tangerines and 1 slice.
Instead of chicken, you can sometimes switch to fish, and if you feel very hungry, you can drink half a cup of yogurt before going to bed.
You shouldn’t be practising this diet if you have a stomach ulcer, colitis, gastritis, cholecystitis, enteritis or any stomach problems.
