Do You Need A Diet? Try This 3 Days Meal Plan with Cherries

 

Cherries cleanse the blood, liver and are very good for anyone who wants to lose weight, thanks to the fiber they contain. Only 20 to 25 grains of cherry a day are sufficient and the digestive system will have significant improvement.

Below are three daily menus for weight loss. Use it for three consecutive days a week for four weeks. Help to lose up to 10 pounds.

 

Day 1

Eat 20 grains of sour cherries before breakfast.

  1. Breakfast – A glass of cold milk with a spoonful of cocoa; 4 slices of cherry jam low sugar biscuits.

  3. Lunch – Mixed salad with two tablespoons olive oil and lemon juice; 3 oz of pasta with tomato and onion sauce.
  4. After lunch – In a container of water boil a peach and 10-15 grains of cherry for three minutes, and drink their juice cold.
  5. Dinner – A natural cherry juice with no extra elements, just squeezed; 7 ounces of salmon fish and green salad with an rye slice of bread.

  3. Lunch – Mixed salad with two tablespoons of olive oil and lemon juice, as well as a plate of vegetable soup.
  4. After lunch – 3.5 oz of blackberries; In a container of 150 ml of water boil several tails of cherries for three minutes, drink the cold liquid.
  5. Dinner – A glass of natural cherry juice; green salad, and tuna fish; an rye slice of bread and a seasonal fruit salad.
