Step 1: Put 5 tablespoons of oatmeal in a pot of 2.5 dcl soy or almond milk 

Step 2: Once the mixture is cooked and thickened, divide into two bowls and cut into slices the banana. Add cinnamon as desired

PS. You can replace the banana with fresh forest fruit, pear, apple, peach or any other fruit of your choice, although I would personally continue with the banana because of its nutritional value. Banana is rich in potassium, zinc, phosphorus and magnesium, which really suits my body
