How to Lose 30 Pounds In Just 2 Weeks

Do you ever wonder how many diets have you kept and still none of them gave you the results that you are looking for every summer? I know exactly how many times and how hard have you tried and yet you’re far away from that perfect body. Believe me or not, the diet that you will read here is the best diet for losing weight. That is how I (and a lot of my friends) have managed to lose belly fat fast. 

By following this meal plan, after only 5 days you will lose 6.5 pound. The same meal plan should be repeated 2 other times, so in a period of 15 days, you will be able to lose 30 pounds.

  • Breakfast (always the same every day):
  • 1 Orange (pear,apple, watermelon, plums)
  • 1 Crisp Bread 
  • Tea or Coffee without sugar

Day 1 

Lunch

  • 1 Orange
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 glass of yogurt 

Dinner

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • ½ cabbage (with soil and a little bit of oil and vinegar)

Day 2

Lunch

  • 1 Orange
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 glass of yogurt 
  • 2 Crisp Bread 

Dinner

  • 4.5 oz of meat (any type of meat but not fried, just baked without oil)
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 orange
  • 1 Crisp Bread
  • Tea or Coffee without sugar 

Day 3

Lunch

  • 1 Orange
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 glass of yogurt 
  • 1 Salad
  • 1 Smoothie without sugar

Dinner

  • 4.5 oz of meat (any type of meat but not fried, just baked without oil)
  • 1 orange
  • 1 Crisp Bread
  • Tea or Coffee without sugar 

Day 4

Lunch

  • 4.5 oz of white cheese 
  • 1 Crisp Bread
  • 1 tomato

Dinner

  • 4.5 oz of meat (any type of meat but not fried, just baked without oil)
  • 2 tomato
  • 1 apple
  • 1 Crisp Bread

Day 5

Lunch

  • 5 oz of meat (any type of meat but not fried, just baked without oil) or fish
  • 1 Crisp Bread
  • 1 tomato

Dinner

  • 20 oz of boiled veggies (potatoes, carrots)
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 boiled egg

This 5 day meal plan should be repeated for 2 other times, so in the course of 15 days you will finally be able to achieve your goal of losing 30 pounds so fast. 

  • You are not allowed to drink alcoholic drinks during this period
