Use mold no.20
- 3 eggs
- 300 g sugar
- 250 g nuts crushed
- 100 g of hazelnuts
- 250 g margarine or butter (we recommend butter)
- 350 g crushed biscuits
- 200 g of cooking chocolate
- 6 tablespoons oil
In the original recipe raw eggs are used, but for safety reasons, it is best to heat them up, especially if you prepare the cake when the weather is warm or you do not plan to spend the whole day as the original recipe requires.
First, the eggs are melted by gradually adding the sugar until they are white and the sugar has melted. If you do not heat the eggs, then continue the recipe, otherwise simmer for 5-10 minutes on low heat or steaming.
Melt the butter. Add the nuts and hazelnuts to the minced biscuits, then sprinkle with butter and chilled eggs.
Stir well with a spoon. If the mixture is a little liquid, add some more biscuits. You should get a soft, smooth and thick dough mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a mold and level well and refrigerate to tighten nicely.
Prepare the glaze during this time:
Dissolve the crushed chocolate with the oil in a very low heat (or in the microwave), then pour over the cake and level. Refrigerate again, and when the chocolate is tight, you can cut it and serve it.
