Sweet dreams are made of this! Who am I to disagree? 😉

This was my birthday cake yesterday, I made it for the 100th time and it is and it will be one of my favorites.

When brownie “walks” into your life, the concept of the adored cake takes another dimension! With its juicy structure and rich chocolate flavor, warm brownies are the right choice for all chocolate lovers, and served with a scoop of your favorite ice cream, the alternating taste of hot and cold snacks will make this dessert even more delicious.

Chocolate Brownie was invented in the late 19th century in Chicago, USA. This cake was popularized in the early 20th century in America and Canada. Brownies are usually eaten with milk or coffee. Sometimes they are served hot with ice cream (à la mode), topped with whipped cream or marzipan, or sprinkled with powdered sugar. Brownies are in my opinion delicious, too chocolatey and veery easy to prepare; cake that I have been making according to the same recipe since the beginning of my culinary career and it delights me every time.
