Try this Veggie Pizza Crust at Home – the Food Queen 


I love pizza in every shape and taste. Overall, pizza should be my number 1 enemy, because I gained extra pounds precisely because of pizza. However, according to the chronological diet where you eat everything and still lose weight – pizza is on my menu again.


80 gr of rye flour

80 gr spelled flour (wheat)

1 pinch of salt

½ teaspoon of pastry powder

5 tablespoons carbonated water


3 tablespoons tomato puree

5-6 leaves of fresh basil

1 handful of young spinach

2 tablespoons olive oil

¼ lemon

1/2  avocado



The combination of rye and spelled flour is best suited for heat treatment. They give both softness and crunchiness.


The crust stretches and fills. The filling always depends on the ingredients you have at home: tomato puree, cheese, spinach, ham, mozzarella – it’s a basic combination, and as an add-on you can have half an avocado.

Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
